The first-floor studio
Fully renovated and lovingly decorated, the studio enjoys an open view over the marina. Its large French window lets the light flood in, so you can watch the boats come and go from your table.
The sleeping area has a comfortable 140 × 190 bed and the dining area a table for two facing the view. The kitchenette is fully equipped: oven, microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the cooking utensils you need. Shops, restaurants, the market and local events are just steps away: everything here is within walking distance.

A charming, fully equipped 24 m² apartment in the very heart of Paimpol, 70 m from the harbour: ideal for a comfortable and convenient stay in a coastal town full of charm and authenticity. Thoughtfully designed, it combines comfort, practicality and modern style.
The bedroom, with its large 160 × 190 bed, clever storage and tasteful decoration, enjoys an unobstructed view over a private garden. The windows let in lovely natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Everything is provided: a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances (fridge, hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle…), a washing machine, a bathroom with shower, towels, bathrobe and toiletries, and a cosy living area with television.
Shops, restaurants and the harbour are right on your doorstep, so you can make the most of local life and water sports.

How does check-in work?
Check-in is self-service: access instructions are sent to you before your stay. You can arrive between 12 noon and 6 pm, and please leave by 10 am on your day of departure.
Where can I park?
For the studios, there is a free car park right opposite, so you can keep an eye on your car. For Les Flots du Quai, you can park close by.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes: bed linen, towels, a bathrobe and toiletries are provided, as well as a hairdryer and an iron. You can travel light!
Is breakfast available?
Yes, breakfast is available as an option for €15 for two. Just mention it in your booking request.
What if I need to cancel?
No problem: if you cancel, you will receive a full refund, even at the last minute. Your stay is paid in full when you book, with no security deposit.
How much does a holiday rental in Paimpol cost?
With us, €79 per night for each of our properties (studios overlooking the harbour or the Les Flots du Quai apartment), 2-night minimum, cleaning included. The tourist tax is added at the current Paimpol rate.
Where to stay in Paimpol as a couple?
All three of our homes are designed for two: a cosy studio overlooking the boats, or the Les Flots du Quai apartment, quietly set on the garden side in the heart of town. Restaurants, crêperies, the market and strolls along the quays are all within walking distance.
Can I book direct, without a booking platform?
Yes: simply send us your request from the Contact page. You pay the price shown, with no service fees, and deal directly with the owner.
Can I come just for a weekend?
Yes, our homes can be booked from 2 nights: perfect for a weekend by the sea in Paimpol.
How do I get to the Île de Bréhat?
Boats leave from the Pointe de l’Arcouest, about ten minutes’ drive from the accommodation. The crossing takes only around fifteen minutes.
